Learning Resources for The Museum of the Home

I developed a range of family learning resources and interactives for the reopening of The Museum of The Home in 2021, during an £18m redevelopment of the museum.

I worked in consultation with families and worked closely with artists and makers to produce an inclusive offer for young children and families to explore the museum and engage with the collection in line with the museum's new artistic stratgey.

This included developing sensory explorer bags for early years and children with SEND in collaboration with a local nursery and A Product of Your Enviornment. I wrote and produced three family trails, illustarted by Emma Thrussell for the garden, Rooms Through Time gallery and the new Home Galleries for children 6 - 8.

I curated a play area and book corner themed around home and worked with artist Chery Nyguen to develop a sensory activity cart for the garden.
